About us

Founded in 2022 in Brussels, Eugenius Foundation is a youth-focused organisation committed to promoting equitable education, civic engagement, and social inclusion across Europe. The foundation supports young people in developing the knowledge, skills, and values needed to participate actively in democratic societies.
Our work is grounded in the principles of inclusion, equality, advocacy, and democracy. In a European context shaped by diversity, mobility, and shared values, Eugenius Foundation promotes respect for cultural identities while fostering dialogue, cooperation, and mutual understanding among young people from different backgrounds.

Mission
Eugenius Foundation works to strengthen links between the Western Balkans and the European Union by developing human capital through education, youth engagement, and capacity building, fostering cooperation, mutual understanding, and sustainable development.

A Western Balkans region integrated into the European Union, driven by empowered individuals, shared values, and strong cultural identities, with education and human development at its core.
